CORIUS Conference 2024: expertise meets passion

Following the success of its inaugural edition last year, the CORIUS Conference returned to Frankfurt am Main for a second time on 19 and 20 April 2024. The event was attended by around 110 specialist doctors and trainees from Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands, who gathered to participate in two days of exciting discussions on the latest research findings, treatment methods, trends and topical issues.

The CORIUS Group is pleased to announce the successful integration of the dermatology practice Dr. Platschek & Kollegen in Hannover. Under its new name MVZ Dermatologie an der Oper, effective 1 April 2024, the practice will strengthen the CORIUS Group’s range of medical facilities in the Lower Saxony state capital.

Expansion of medical services in the Netherlands: Integration of Mohs Clinics

About half a year ago, the Ceulen Klinieken joined the network of the CORIUS Group. This is now being followed by the integration of another Dutch practice group. As of 1 October 2023, the Mohs Clinics will strengthen the CORIUS Group’s existing range of dermatology and phlebology services with a total of six locations.

MVZ Hautzentrum Meyer-Rogge in Karlsruhe

CORIUS Group opens new location in Karlsruhe

MVZ Hautzentrum Meyer-Rogge is joining the network as of 1 September 2023. The dermatology practice, founded by Dr Dirk Meyer-Rogge in 1997 and located at the heart of the city, is a central port of call for patients in and around Karlsruhe.

First CORIUS Conference

The first CORIUS Conference was held on 5 and 6 May at the Scandic Hotel on Frankfurt’s Museumsufer embankment. Around 100 specialist doctors and assistants in further training participated in the network-wide event, with two days of exciting discussions on the latest research findings and treatment methods.

New: Ceulen Klinieken in the Netherlands

Following the successful incorporation of Mauritskliniek in September 2022, the CORIUS Group has now been able to add another Dutch practice group to its network. From 3 April 2023, Ceulen Klinieken and its five locations will bolster the CORIUS Group’s existing services in the fields of dermatology and phlebology.

Marcel Dickmann becomes new COO of the CORIUS Group

Marcel Dickmann is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the CORIUS Group as of 1 April 2023. The 39-year-old is responsible for the areas of marketing, regional management, IT/digitalisation and data protection in particular in the newly created role, allowing Heidi Niemöller (CEO) and Gary Rölle (CFO) to focus more on strategic issues and the group’s growth in Europe in the future.

New: MVZ Dermatologie & Histologie Westerstede

The integration of MVZ Dermatologie & Histologie Westerstede not only expands the company’s existing health services, but also introduces its first histology laboratory with an associated dermatology practice.

New locations in Lower Saxony

The CORIUS Group is expanding in the heart of northwestern Germany. With ÜBAG Hautzentren Oldenburger Land, the network gains two locations as of 1 April 2023: the MVZ Hautzentrum Vechta and the MVZ Hautzentrum Cloppenburg.

Dermatologie Potsdam MVZ joins network

The dermatology practice Prof. Dr. med. K. Asadullah joins the interregional network starting from 1 April. The practice will be a strong, expert partner in the Brandenburg/ Berlin metropolitan area with its new name, Dermatologie Potsdam MVZ.
