CORIUS continues to expand phlebological care in North Rhine-Westphalia

Munich/Cologne. On 1 July 2025, the CORIUS Group welcomes what is now its fifth highly specialised phlebological practice to its ranks: MVZ für Gefäßmedizin und Venenchirurgie Köln will now form part of Europe’s largest network of dermatological and phlebological practices and clinics.

The practice, set up by Dr Mete Camci, a specialist in general medicine and phlebology, has been a renowned centre for modern vascular medicine in North Rhine-Westphalia for many years. With its many years of expertise, experienced team, and a clear focus on quality and innovation, the MVZ has been certified as a ‘Vein Competence Centre® Plus’ (Venen Kompetenz-Zentrum® plus) since 2019 and enjoys a strong reputation all around Germany.

MVZ für Gefäßmedizin und Venenchirurgie Köln offers a comprehensive range of medical treatments, enabling patients to receive all-round care at the highest level. State-of-the-art methods are used in the field of diagnostics – from precise vascular and thrombosis diagnostics to comprehensive laboratory evaluations and specialised preventive-care services, such as vascular checks. Surgical therapy includes classic and minimally invasive procedures within varicose veins surgery, as well as radio wave or laser therapy and sclerotherapy. The spectrum is supplemented by conservative treatments for venous diseases, thromboses, lymphedema and arterial vascular diseases.

Under Dr Camci’s leadership, seven other employed specialists, nine medical assistants, two trainees, and three non-medical employees currently work together to provide comprehensive care and treatment for the patients.
