Hajo Remmers is the new Group CFO of the CORIUS Group
Hajo Remmers is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Controlling in the CORIUS Group
Munich. Hajo Remmers has been the CORIUS Group’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 8 June 2026. Drawing on many years of experience as a financial expert and manager across various MVZ groups, Hajo Remmers will play an important role in further developing the group.

Hajo Remmers assumes responsibility as Group CFO
Hajo Remmers took over the function of Group CFO for the CORIUS Group on 8 June 2026. He brings extensive experience in the financial and operational management of growth-oriented healthcare companies. His professional focus is on strategic and operational corporate management, finance and accounting, controlling and business development, as well as implementing growth, transformation and M&A projects.
In Hajo Remmers, we are gaining a well-versed financial expert who knows the outpatient healthcare market very well and has exactly the profile we need for the next phase in the CORIUS Group’s growth. His experience will help us further develop our structures in a targeted way and enable sustainable growth. I’m very much looking forward to working with him.

Before joining CORIUS, Hajo Remmers was Managing Director and CFO at ZG Augenklinik Holding GmbH, a practice group specialising in outpatient ophthalmology. There he was responsible for financial management and strategic corporate development. His tasks included optimising EBITDA and cash flow, developing an integrated planning and reporting system, and improving organisational and management structures.
From 2018 to 2024, Hajo Remmers was a member of the Management Board and CFO of Med 360° SE, a Germany-wide outpatient healthcare company with around 3,000 employees. In this role, he was responsible for key commercial and administrative aspects and accompanied the company through a period of impressive growth. He has also held roles at Ernst & Young transaction advisory services (restructuring), as well as various management and executive positions within the Sana Group. Hajo Remmers began his career in auditing at Ernst & Young.
In his new role, Hajo Remmers will focus on pushing forward the further development of an efficient financial organisation and supporting the financial management of the CORIUS Group. He brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, restructuring and transformation, corporate financing, digitisation of business and financial processes, and controlling and reporting structures.
I’m very much looking forward to bringing my experience from the strategic and financial development of healthcare companies to my new role as Group CFO. I’m particularly excited by the opportunity to actively shape the group’s ongoing development in close collaboration with the management team and colleagues in different countries. My goal is to create a transparent and robust financial organisation that enables informed decisions, strengthens corporate responsibility and supports sustainable growth. I’m particularly looking forward to international cooperation and to supporting the Group’s medical and entrepreneurial development in the long term.
