CORIUS strengthens dermatological care in Brandenburg

Munich/Bernau bei Berlin. On 1 October 2025, the CORIUS Group will expand on two fronts: In addition to a new dermatological practice in the Taunus region, the MVZ Haut- und Laserzentrum Barnim is also joining Europe’s largest network of dermatology and phlebology practices and clinics. The group is not only gaining another highly specialised practice, but also strengthening local access to dermatological care in Brandenburg and the area around Berlin.

Under the direction of Dr Linda Duhn, this practice in Bernau bei Berlin (just 10 kilometres northeast of the German capital) has earned a reputation as an expert provider of state-of-the-art dermatological medicine. With a team comprising 14 employees – including two other specialists alongside Dr Duhn – the MVZ Haut- und Laserzentrum Barnim offers its patients a wide array of medical, diagnostic, aesthetic and laser-based services.

In the medical-dermatological field, its range encompasses computer- and AI-enhanced skin cancer prevention as well as the diagnosis and treatment of chronic skin conditions, allergies, venous diseases and work-related skin diseases. The practice is particularly specialised in laser therapy and the surgical treatment for benign and malignant skin alterations, as well as aesthetic treatments both with and without lasers.

In addition to general dermatology, the MVZ Haut- und Laserzentrum Barnim also offers a wide selection of aesthetic services designed to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin. These include treatments with fillers, botulinum toxin, volumising treatments, laser treatments and various peels. The practice also offers state-of-the-art instrument-based methods, such as RF microneedling or HydraFacial.

Dr Linda Duhn’s team are committed to professional growth: The practice trains medical assistants as well as specialists in skin and venereal diseases, and is a teaching practice for the Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane in Neuruppin.
