CORIUS expands dermatology care in the Rhine-Main area

Munich/Königstein im Taunus. In the fourth quarter of the 2025 financial year, the CORIUS Group welcomes another renowned dermatological practice to its network in addition to the MVZ Haut- und Laserzentrum Barnim: Die Hautarztpraxis MVZ Königstein im Taunus has been part of Europe’s largest network of dermatology and phlebology practices and clinics since 1 October 2025.

The practice, led by Prof. Jens Gille and Dr Konstanze Spieth-Gille, has been a trusted institution in the region for many years and is recognised for its comprehensive dermatological expertise. With an experienced team of doctors, state-of-the-art treatment plans, and a clear focus on guideline-based, evidence-backed dermatology, the practice offers a wide range of medical services.

In addition to allergology and aesthetic treatments, this includes classic and surgical dermatology, with a particular focus on managing skin cancer, both conservatively and surgically. Computer- and AI-assisted early detection of skin cancer, as well as the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer and its precursors using all forms of photodynamic therapy are another focus. This fits within the dermato-oncological orientation of Prof. Gille and Dr Spieth-Gille, who both spent many years at Frankfurt am Main’s university skin clinic as senior consultants.
