There he was responsible for financial management and strategic corporate development. His tasks included optimising EBITDA and cash flow, developing an integrated planning and reporting system, and improving organisational and management structures.<\/p>\n<p>From 2018 to 2024, Hajo Remmers was a member of the Management Board and CFO of Med 360\u00b0 SE, a Germany-wide outpatient healthcare company with around 3,000 employees. In this role, he was responsible for key commercial and administrative aspects and accompanied the company through a period of impressive growth. He has also held roles at Ernst &amp; Young transaction advisory services (restructuring), as well as various management and executive positions within the Sana Group. Hajo Remmers began his career in auditing at Ernst &amp; Young.<\/p>\n<p>In his new role, Hajo Remmers will focus on pushing forward the further development of an efficient financial organisation and supporting the financial management of the CORIUS Group.
