Under his leadership, the practice has become one of the most renowned ports of call for the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers in North Rhine-Westphalia.<\/p>\n<h2>A secure succession plan<\/h2>\n<p>For many practice owners, finding a suitable successor is one of their greatest challenges \u2013 particularly at a time when fewer and fewer young physicians are willing to take on the risks of running their own practice. \u2018In dermatology especially, we\u2019ve seen for years how difficult it has become to find successors who have both the professional expertise and the courage to go independent, so I\u2019m all the more grateful that we\u2019ve been able to put a long-term solution in place for our practice at an early stage,\u2019 explains Dr Jens W\u00fcrker.<\/p>\n<p>The practice in Bonn-Bad Godesberg became part of the CORIUS Group, Europe&#8217;s leading network of dermatology and phlebology practices and clinics, back in 2022.
